Error 754
1. Reboot the machine.
2. Is the user supposed to be using Multilink? If not disable it, if so reinstall the dialup components.
3. Check settings (DUN/RAS, Network, etc)
4. Do a full reinstall of dialup related components.
5. If you are running Windows 2000 or NT check the event log for further details on this error.
