1.  Close any other programs that dialup, like fax software, trumpet, sprydialer, AOL, etc.

2.  Remove any of these programs from the systemif they are unneeded.

3.  Recreate the dailer.

4.  Reboot the machine.

5.  Reinstall dialup/network components.
