The Line is Busy. Try Again Later.
1. Are they dialing the correct
number? Do they need/not need to dial the area code/a one? Are they
dialing *70 without a comma or not need to disable call waiting? Do they
need to dial a 9 or some such number to get out, or do they not have a comma
between it and the number?
2. Is the number actually busy? Do
they hear the busy signal?
3. Recreate the dialer.
4. Do they hear the modem trying to
connect? If so, try inits, drivers, commas, etc... (use this page!)
5. If they do not (or even if they
do) press CTRL-ALT-DEL and check for RNAAPP (after all programs are
closed). If it is there go to the RNAAPP
fix page.
