Fixed & moved some broken rockwell links, instead of clicking on the name to find out what the init does, you now click on the Init to find out what the init does. Added more inits for Rockwell/Conexant, changed some around, and added more init definitions. Updated the Rockwell/Conexant Techie Newsletter Article. Updated the Quick Init Reference Guide. Updated the Rockwell/Conexant connection speed limit pages.

2-03-2001 - Reapplied the popup ads, HOWEVER I have had the popup that was causing people problems removed. The new behind-window popups should not cause problems, however there are some size issues that are being worked on and should be resolved very shortly.
