RPI 2nd generation WITHOUT DRIVERS
AT&F&C1&D2S37=9N0+H0
AT: (beginning of most inits) Attention!
&F: Sets the values loaded in the active profile to the values that are set in the default profile.
&C1: DCD enabled after a carrier signal is detected
&D2: DTR drop causes modem to hang up
S37=9: Attempt to connect at 9600bps
N0: Disable automode
+H0: Disable RPI
